She is licensed as both a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through the Texas Board of Nursing and maintains BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Before transitioning into primary care, Jackie spent over two decades as a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas, where she also served in leadership roles focused on patient safety and quality improvement. She later gained healthcare leadership experience with UnitedHealth Group (Optum Health).
At Primary Care Doctors of Grand Prairie, Jackie provides comprehensive family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, pediatric care, and geriatric services.
