Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), Jacqueline holds licensure as both a Registered Nurse and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through the Texas Board of Nursing. She maintains certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association, ensuring excellence in emergency and cardiovascular care.
Her extensive clinical background includes over 20 years as a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health/Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where she also served as a CLABSI Unit Champion and as chair of the Shared Governance Partnership Council for PACU/Pre-Op services. From 2008 to 2015, she held multiple leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group (Optum Health), including Clinical Supervisor and Training-Enabled Nurse, demonstrating strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and healthcare operations expertise.
In September 2025, Jacqueline began her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Primary Care Doctors of North Texas in Grand Prairie, where she provides acute, chronic, and preventive care services to diverse patient populations, including pediatric, women’s health, adult, and geriatric patients. Her clinical practicum experience in pediatric and family planning settings further strengthened her comprehensive care approach.
Jacqueline is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Texas Nurses Association. She is also a longstanding member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
