This week, I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Nangha, her nurse practitioner Ms. Patel, and the entire staff. I had a routine follow-up appointment early in the morning and arrived a little ahead of schedule. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who checked me in quickly and efficiently. The entire process, from check-in to examinations, counseling, prescriptions refills, bloodwork, and checkout, was smooth and seamless, allowing me to complete my appointment in a very short amount of time.
Ms. Patel conducted my follow-up with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. She handled my check-up, counseling, and all my prescription refills thoughtfully, answering questions and ensuring I felt fully informed about my care. Her warm and personable approach made the visit comfortable and reassuring.
What stood out most was how the whole team worked together so efficiently while maintaining a high standard of thorough, attentive care. All of my prescription refills were sent out immediately following the appointment, adding to the convenience and making it easy to manage my health.
This visit perfectly combined speed, efficiency, and exceptional care. I left feeling well cared for, confident, and appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Nangha, Ms. Patel, and their team at the Primary Care Doctors of Grand Prairie to anyone seeking professional, thorough, and truly patient-centered primary care.
