I went in despite the other bad reviews… now I understand. The doctor only came in for less than 60 seconds, used her personal cell phone to look at my throat, said she’d run a flu test even though I did not have flu like symptoms, then told me I could leave… I had to ask the nurse to ask the doctor to come back and look at my ears. I was there for almost 2 hours and only got 90 seconds with the doctor. Wasn’t even in the room long enough to sit down. The only person in the office who seemed professional was the receptionist…

Customer service is excellent. Staff is wonderful.
Doctor does care for her patients and she is very sweet. I will continue coming to this clinic.
